Thank you for shopping at Avrille's. We take pride in providing tailor-made clothing for people with unique taste. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a comprehensive refunds and returns policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

2. Returns Eligibility
2.1 Physical Products: Our refunds and returns policy applies to physical products, including tailor-made clothing. The refund and returns policy is only applicable on a problem or discrepancy in the order (i.e damages in the product.) Please note we are not able to accommodate any style, color or size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order. Items that have been dyed and printed which are final sale items are not eligible for return.
2.2 Timeframe: You have seven days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2.3 Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels attached.

3. Return Process

3.2 Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization code and instructions on how to proceed.
3.3 Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
3.4 Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

4. Refunds
4.1 Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
4.2 Refund Options: Depending on the circumstances, we offer the following refund options:
- Full Refund: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
- Partial Refund: If the return is for any other reason, we may deduct a restocking fee or applicable shipping charges from the refund amount.
4.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
