How long will it take to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please note, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us. How do I return my order? What is the eligibility for it?
We highly recommend saving the receipt and tags verifying the return of your goods. The returns and refunds policy is only eligible if you have a problem or discrepancy (i.e. damages in the goods). Please note we are not able to accommodate any style, color or size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order. To know more, check out our Return and Exchanges Policy
Where can I find product sizing information?
Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.
Which sizes are available? Do you have plus sizes?
For our tie-dye merchandise we carry sizes right from 2XS to 5XL. This may vary depending on the product you choose. Where as, tailor-made outfits are made according to the measurements provided.
Will my personal details stay safe?
We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please see our Privacy Policy
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.
When will I receive my refund?
Using the tracking number assigned to your returns label, you can follow the progress of your package with our courier. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our partner we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
What materials do you use for your products?
All our tie-dye merchandise are 100% cotton. For tailor-made outfits, fabric is selected by the customer itself.
